We were among the first brokerages to offer 1% listings and we've been doing it for about a decade. The internet changed how homes get found, and this model passes that saving on to you.

One more thing worth knowing: any commission offered to the buyer's brokerage is separate and completely optional. That one is your call as the seller, and we'll walk you through it before you list.
