How does the 1% listing commission work?

It's simple. When you list with us, our commission is 1% of the sale price, and you pay it only if your home sells, on closing. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, no conditions. If your home doesn't sell, you don't pay us.

That 1% is full service. Professional photography, premium marketing, your home on the local board and syndicated to thousands of real estate sites, and our team handling showings, offers, and negotiation start to finish. We were among the first brokerages to offer 1% listings and we've been doing it for about a decade.

One more thing worth knowing: the commission you offer to the buyer's brokerage is separate, and the amount is your choice as the seller. We'll walk you through it before you list.
