How does the 1% listing commission work?

It's simple. When you list with us, our commission is 1% of the sale price, and you pay it only if your home sells, on closing. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, no conditions. If your home doesn't sell, you don't pay us.

Professional photography, premium marketing, your home on the local board and syndicated to thousands of real estate sites, and our team handling showings, offers, and negotiation start to finish. We were among the first brokerages to offer 1% listings and we've been doing it for about a decade. The internet changed how homes get found, and this model passes that saving on to you.

One more thing worth knowing: any commission offered to the buyer's brokerage is separate and completely optional. That one is your call as the seller, and we'll walk you through it before you list.
