There are no conditions and no fine print. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, no hidden costs. Our 1% listing fee is only paid if your home sells, on closing. If your home doesn't sell, you don't pay us anything.

The commission you offer to the co-operating (buyer's) agent is your choice. Many sellers choose to offer one, and in most markets we suggest around 2.5%, since a competitive offer keeps buyer agents motivated to show your home and usually nets you more in the end. It's your call as the seller.
