Who is a 1% commission realtor in Newmarket?

That's us. Parker Coulter Realty is a full service brokerage serving Newmarket, and we list homes for a 1% commission. We are the original 1% listing brokerage, and we've offered this model for about a decade.

The 1% is only paid if your home sells, on closing. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, nothing hidden. And the 1% doesn't mean less service. Included: photography, drone, staging assistance, a 3D tour, floor plans, and 24/7 support from start to close.

The commission you offer to the co-operating (buyer's) agent is your choice. Fill out one of our forms or leave your info with our chatbot and one of our agents will be in touch ASAP!
