Our listing commission is 1% of the sale price, paid only when your home sells. No upfront costs, no cancellation fees, no hidden charges. If it doesn't sell, you pay us nothing.

The other piece is the commission you offer to the buyer's brokerage, and the amount is your choice as the seller. Many of our clients choose to offer around 2.5%, because a competitive offer keeps buyer agents motivated and usually nets you more in the end. It's your call.

Commissions in Ontario are negotiable, not set by law. For the other costs of selling, things like legal fees and closing adjustments, your lawyer can give you exact numbers.
