Sell Your Home for a 1% Listing Commission

We were among the first brokerages to offer a 1% listing commission, and we’ve been doing it for about a decade across Barrie, Simcoe County, cottage country, and the GTA.

Here’s the deal in plain terms. Our commission is 1% of the sale price, paid on closing, only if your home sells. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, no fine print. And it’s the same full service you’d expect anywhere: professional photography, premium marketing, your home on the local board and syndicated to thousands of real estate sites, and our team handling showings, offers, and negotiation start to finish.

Any commission offered to the buyer’s brokerage is separate and completely optional. It’s your call as the seller. Many of our clients choose to offer around 2.5% to keep buyer agents motivated, and if you do, your all-in cost is typically around 3.5%, still well under a traditional commission of about 5%. Commissions in Ontario are negotiable, not set by law.
