Here’s the deal in plain terms. Our commission is always 1% of the sale price, and we only get paid when you get paid. No upfront fees, no cancellation fees, no fees whatsoever. Included: photography, drone, staging assistance, a 3D tour, floor plans, and 24/7 support from start to close.
Any commission offered to the buyer’s brokerage is separate, and it’s your call as the seller. For example, if you offer 2.5% to the buyer’s brokerage, your total is 3.5% of the sale price plus HST, compared with 5% plus HST if you listed with a brokerage charging 2.5% and offered the same 2.5% co-op. Commissions in Ontario are negotiable, not set by law.
