For homes outside our full-service area

Parker Coulter Realty offers a full-service listing at a 1% listing commission across Barrie, Simcoe County, Muskoka and the surrounding markets, and that full service is always our first answer. A flat-fee listing is what we offer only when we are not able to offer our full service: sellers with a home outside the area our team covers in person. Instead of a percentage of the sale price, a flat-fee listing charges a fixed amount to get a home professionally listed on the MLS system and Realtor.ca, with the seller taking a hands-on role in showings. If your home is outside our full-service area and you want honest help getting it listed, tell us where the home is and we will tell you plainly what we can do.

How we run it

Inside Barrie, Simcoe County, Muskoka and the surrounding area, we do not offer this: the full-service 1% listing is what we do, and it includes photography, drone, staging assistance, a 3D tour, floor plans and support from start to close. The flat-fee listing exists for one situation only, which is a seller we cannot serve in person.
